We offer full refund or exchange for returns. All RMA's (Return Merchandise Authorization) for online orders must be submitted within 14 DAYS of the order shipped date. In-store returns or exchanges must be done within 14 DAYS of the purchase date. T-shirts and other apparel must be returned or exchanged unworn & unwashed. Tags must also be attached to the garment/s in their original condition (please note that some t-shirts and other items purchased online might not have tags). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if these conditions are not met.
The following items are final sale & cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items that are marked "Final Sale" on the website or in-store
- Gift Cards
- Shoes without the original, undamaged box
How do I start an exchange or return?
To start an exchange or return on your order, click here: Start Return or Exchange. You will need your email address, order number, & shipping zip code corresponding to the original order. If you don’t know your order number, try searching “sigortaburda Order Confirmed" in your inbox. The return must be initiated within 14 days of the order shipped date to receive a full refund. Alternatively, exchanges online or in-store must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once you've completed & submitted your RMA through our return portal, we will review & notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your requested RMA. If approved, an automatic email will be sent with the next steps of completing your RMA. If rejected, an automatic email of the rejection & a follow-up email from us will be sent with further explanation of the rejection.
Once your return is received & inspected, you'll be notified via email that we have received your returned item(s). Once marked received, our fulfillment team will process the refund and it will automatically be applied back to the original payment used. Please allow 3-5 days for refunds to process.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date whether in-store or online. Availability of your desired replacement item is NOT guaranteed in-store or online, but we will make every effort to ensure you are satisfied with the alternative. If there is a problem with your exchange, you will be contacted via the email or phone number on file to discuss & address solutions.
DAMAGED ITEMS: Though we strive very hard to maintain the highest product quality & service, defective merchandise from manufacturers does occur from time to time. If your product arrived damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement. Please have photos ready of how your package arrived and the contents. Exchanges for defective merchandise must be exchanged for the same size, color, & style as the defective item within 14 days.
